| Macedonian Edition of FIREFLY |
DCB Young Readers, and my new Macedonian publisher, SF (Strange Forest).
Well, it's finally happened: FIREFLY has been published in a language other than English! I find it delightful that the Macedonian book cover is so sweetly different from the English version. The main changes are that Aunt Gayle is on the front cover too (she only appears on the back cover in the English version), and there are two versions of Firefly on the Macedonian cover (a darker, reserved one behind the WWI flying ace version). Juggers the cat is pretty sweet in both versions!
For those who don't know, these "foreign rights" are an income stream for authors and publishers, and I'm grateful to SF for inviting FIREFLY into their publishing space. Please contact my publisher if you're interested in foreign rights for FIREFLY.
Other news ... FIREFLY has also been optioned for film rights, so stay tuned!
