Well, the great news for FIREFLY just keeps coming, and I couldn't be more honoured. Thank you to the CBC children's book panel, for selecting FIREFLY as one of their "9 Great Holiday Reads for Kids."

Also, I have the BEST friends who gifted me this incredible FIREFLY trophy this week (along with a bottle of champagne) to celebrate the Governor General Literary award win. Any resemblance to an old hockey trophy is purely coincidental!
