| An adorably creepy fly from the chapter heads |
Thank you to my publisher, Dundurn Press, for starting on this new series with me. The stories are odd ghost and horror tales for kids, told by an omniscient and slightly creepy librarian.
And thank you to a very talented illustrator, Shawna Daigle, who created the cover art and the inside illustrations. This is her first book, and I couldn't be more excited for her. She did a great job. You can see more of Shawna's work on her website, www.jademade.ca Here's her creepy fly:
Take a look at this book trailer, featuring more of Shawna's great work.
Soon the book will be available in bookstores and libraries everywhere. And for the first time, I have a book in the Toronto Public Library Bookmobile, which I think is really, really cool!
