Myles and the Monster Outside on NetGalley

"Jake and the Giant Hand is sad, happy, and exciting. It starts off as a normal book but gets weirder and weirder. There are lots of different scary stories that might scare you too." --Olivia, Grade 4

What a lovely review for Jake and the Giant Hand, book 1 in my new Weird Stories Gone Wrong series. The book is a Reader's Choice selection on the Toronto District School Board site for May/June, very honoured, thank you!

To see what else Toronto kids are reading this summer, here is the full list of books: Reader's Choice May/June 2015

Also new, Myles and the Monster Outside, book 2 in the series, is now out in the world in ARC form. It's available on NetGalley and the cover is already getting lots of attention. It IS a great cover, thanks to illustrator Shawna Daigle.
